Delegates return after IARU Region 1 Conference

Delegates are returning to their home countries following the IARU Region 1 Conference in Cavtat, Croatia. Over 45 countries within IARU Region 1 were represented. During the four days of the Conference, 130 delegates checked 120 documents and the resulting documents will be the guidelines for the amateur radio development in next three years. Details on the papers and elections will be available on the RSGB website soon. The Conference is held every three years and the main goals are to protect to the future of amateur radio, in particular that of radio frequencies as well as technical standards.
