HM Treasury's Independent Spectrum Audit Exercise, March - August 2005This audit was carried out by Prof. Martin Cave between March and August 2005. The main UK Amateur papers were OFCOM's Spectrum ReviewOn 23rd November 2004 Ofcom published a consultation document on options for the future strategy that Ofcom could adopt for management of the radio spectrum, which of course is one of Ofcom's key statutory duties.
