Senior and Standard

 

These awards are intended to mark successful vhf / uhf achievements.
There are now two ways of qualifying:- currently by verified contacts with the required number of countries and UK Postal Districts, shown immediately below, and an award based on countries and UK counties which will still be available until at least December 2002.

ATTAINMENT TARGETS:
The targets are a mix of both countries and districts.

There will two levels of attainment, a 'Standard' and 'Senior' level, which will have the following requirements:-

50MHz Standard Award 60 districts 12 countries
Senior Award 90 districts 25 countries
70MHz Standard Award 45 districts 3 countries
Senior Award 80 districts 6 countries
144 MHz Standard Award 65 districts 9 countries
Senior Award 100 districts 15 countries
432 MHz Standard Award 40 districts 3 countries
Senior Award 70 districts 9 countries
1296 MHz Standard Award 30 districts 3 countries
Senior Award 60 districts 6 countries

SUPREME AWARD:

The qualifications will remain the same ie 3 Seniors or 2 Seniors + 1296 Standard. The old award and the new will be equal in credit towards a 'supreme'.
